By creating and operating an event on this Event System, the Event Creator agrees to comply with all Event Rules & Terms.
1. EVENT CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY
The Event Creator is responsible for the accuracy of all event information, lot descriptions, photographs, prices, banking details and other information supplied for the event.
2. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND CONTENT
No human beings or sale of people, pornography or sexual/adult content, animal cruelty, firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal goods or other prohibited items may be advertised, offered or sold through the Event System.
3. BUYER PAYMENTS
Successful bidders will automatically receive an invoice for their winning purchases. Payment is made directly to the Event Creator's registered bank account. The buyer and Event Creator are responsible for confirming payment between them.
4. EVENT SYSTEM
The Event System provides the online platform for creating, advertising and conducting the event and does not take possession of purchase money paid by buyers directly to Event Creators.
5. BINDING BIDS
All bids placed during a LIVE event are binding. The highest successful bidder is responsible for payment of the winning bid and any applicable charges stated in the event terms.
6. EVENT CREATOR'S TERMS
The Event Creator must clearly state any additional conditions relating to collection, delivery, shipping, export, buyer's costs or other requirements applicable to the event or individual lots.
7. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
The Event Creator must confirm payment only after verifying that the payment has actually been received. A payment notification, screenshot or proof of payment alone should not be treated as confirmation that cleared funds have been received.
8. NON-PAYMENT
Non-payment of a winning invoice may result in the bidder's access to the Event System being restricted or suspended until the outstanding matter has been resolved.
9. LOT INFORMATION
The Event Creator must describe each lot as accurately as reasonably possible. Any known material defects, restrictions or important conditions should be disclosed to bidders before bidding closes.
10. PHOTOGRAPHS AND CONTENT
The Event Creator must have the right or permission to use all photographs, logos, descriptions and other content uploaded to the Event System.
11. COLLECTION, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated in the event terms, arrangements and costs for collection, delivery, shipping or export are between the Event Creator and the successful bidder.
12. DISPUTES BETWEEN BUYER AND EVENT CREATOR
Any dispute concerning the condition of a lot, delivery, collection, payment or fulfilment of a sale must first be addressed directly between the successful bidder and the Event Creator.
13. TEST MODE
An event may be created and tested before going LIVE. Bids, invoices and transactions made while the event is in test mode are for testing purposes only and do not constitute real purchases or sales.
14. GOING LIVE
The Event Creator is responsible for checking the event, lot information, banking details and settings before choosing to go LIVE. Once LIVE, genuine bids may be placed by registered bidders.
15. ONE-TIME ACTIVATION FEE
Creating and testing an event is free of charge. The applicable one-time activation fee becomes payable when an Event Creator chooses to activate their first LIVE event. Returning Event Creators who have already paid the applicable activation fee are not charged the activation fee again.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
By ticking “I ACCEPT THE EVENT RULES & TERMS”, the Event Creator confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Rules & Terms before creating or operating a LIVE event.

15. The Event Creator is responsible for checking auction dates, closing times, banking details and lot information before making an event LIVE.
16. Test-mode bids and invoices are demonstrations only, not genuine sales or payment obligations.
17. Buyer payments for winning lots go directly to the seller or Event Creator. What a Auction Event does not receive those purchase payments.
18. The seller or Event Creator must verify that cleared funds have been received before confirming payment. A screenshot or payment notification alone is not confirmation.
19. Payment and bank information may be verified for account security and reconciliation. Private contact and delivery details are shared only when needed to complete a winning transaction.
20. Buyers and sellers are responsible for completing payment, collection and delivery arrangements and resolving disputes about the goods or fulfilment, subject to applicable consumer law.
21. What a Auction Event provides the auction platform and does not guarantee that a listed lot will receive a bid or sell. Sellers are encouraged to share their listings using the available promotional tools.
22. Platform fees, where applicable, are described in the relevant published fee schedule or invoice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by those terms and applicable law.
23. What a Auction Event may revise its rules and request renewed acceptance when appropriate.
24. Events may be postponed or interrupted by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, outages, civil unrest or government action. The platform will communicate material changes where reasonably possible.
25. What a Auction Event operates in a spirit of trust, fairness and respect. Please honour your bids, payments, sales and commitments and treat other participants fairly.
